Yuu Eto
Born in 1998, he began his career in 2019 as an intern at ByteDance Inc., where he worked in the Creator Partnerships division. After overseeing more than 100 TikTok accounts, he became independent and founded OASIZ in 2021. In 2023, he successfully raised JPY 200 million for the company. As a specialist in social media and vertical video, he now helps brands drive marketing initiatives rooted in these channels.

Ryoga Yakushiji
Born in 1999, he graduated from Keio University and joined DeNA Co., Ltd., where he worked on business planning for a car-sharing service as well as marketing for new customer acquisition across both paid and organic channels. He later served as Co-Founder and Board Director of a startup specializing in AI application development before joining OASIZ Inc.

Ryota Yoshisaki
Born in 1997, After graduating in 2020, he joined an internet advertising agency as a new graduate, where he was engaged in both sales and advertising operations. In 2022, he joined OASIZ shortly after its founding. Over the past four years, he has supported approximately 30 accounts while taking on a wide range of responsibilities, from business producer to project manager. He currently serves as Head of Marketing & Sales, leading the company’s brand marketing business through proposals to prospective clients as well as OASIZ’s own marketing and PR initiatives.

Masaya Asada
Born in 1998, he began his career in 2019 as a production team member for creators affiliated with UUUM, handling both filming and editing. He subsequently worked on a wide range of video projects, from YouTube content and in-flight videos for a major airline to PR videos for 109 digital signage for an apparel company, overseeing the process from planning to production. These projects were well received, leading to direct requests from other clients. At OASIZ, he has served as a director for trend-driven content and as a short drama director, producing numerous videos with over 10 million views. He currently serves as Head of Production, where he leads creative workflow and quality management, as well as the development of junior team members.
